Home from home on the West Coast of Clare
Coastal View Holiday Home has stunning views of the west coast and the surrounding countryside and is just a few minutes walk of the magnificent Doughmore Bay with its three kilometres of sandy beach, perfect for long relaxing walks, horse-riding and water sports. Also in short walking distance is Clogher beach, a fine and never crowded bathing spot (see picture at the bottom of this page). The property location is at the mid-point of the West Clare coastline and is within a 20 minute drive of Lahinch, Kilkee, the Loop Head Pennisula and the Killimer car ferry (running to and from North Kerry all year round). It is also only a 30 minute drive to the world-famous Cliffs of Moher and the hauntingly beautiful landscape of North Clare and the Burren. It is suitable for anyone wishing to attend the Willie Clancy Week in Miltown Malbay, for attending a wedding or to play golf at the Trump Golf Course in Doonbeg, and indeed for everyone who wishes to relax in a quiet and largely unspoiled landscape.
This country home is a personal residence at certain times of the year but we are happy to share it's beauty with others when we are not using it. You will find this home has a cozy and personal feel to it. While not a stark holiday home, it is very clean, uncluttered and modern with all the things inside needed for a convenient and comfortable stay.
