Whitestrand B&B is located in quiet farming country near the surfing and bathing beach of White Strand, Killard, 5 mins. from the village of Doonbeg, West Clare. Doonbeg has several restaurants, traditional pubs and shops. The prestigous Golf Links course is just 10 mins. away and can be seen fromm the house on the other side of Doonbeg Bay.
The view from the house extends from the Atlantic Ocean to Doonbeg Bay with Doughmore Beach and Mount Callan in the distance. Clear days allow to see the Aran Islands and the hills of Connemara.
All the major sights on the west coast of Clare, Loop Head Peninsula, the Kilkee coast, the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin and the Burren are in easy reach.
