The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. A washing machine and dryer are in the separate utility room. The sitting area has a comfortable sofa in front of the open fire place and a Colour TV. There direct access to the patio through large sliding glass doors.
